Serves 4
4 ears Corn (about 3 cups)
1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt, or more to taste
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1. Remove corn from cobs as explained above.
2. Heat butter in a large deep skillet. Add garlic and cook gently about one minute until fragrant. Add corn and cook about 5 minutes until barely cooked but heated thoroughly. Add salt, pepper and basil.
