Patti's Gluten Free Zuchinni Muffins

1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup potato flour
1/4 ground flax
3/4 cup white sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 allspice
1/2 tsp ground cloves

1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 grated banana + grated zucchini to equal 2 cups total

Stir wet ingredients all at once into dry ingredients. Bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes.
